Cat in a Bucket

Got a cat liter and associated pet odor products manufacturer in the neighborhood (Alfa Pet). I was walking past the wharehouse last week and noticed this sitting out on the sidewalk by the front door. Not sure what it's got to do with smelly cats but I was compelled to take a snapshot.
