I believe that depends on the amount of posts you rack up

I think you can change your username without a problem but if you want to change the verbage underneath your avatar you have to donate money to get that ability

You can - by becoming a Supporting Member, which also gains you access to the Supporting member forum and the nude/nsfw forum.
