Technically, it's not very sharp and the contrast seems soft. I like the composition. The black-face make-up automatically puts me in an uncharitable frame of mind, but with the "no addmittance" sign it might be making a statement. Since the subject is actually white and the sign includes all, I'm not sure exactly what it would be. It does make me stop to think about it. I don't know if that was intentional.

I upped the contast and sharpened it a bit. I cropped to to be landscape rather than portrait and left out some of the busy parts. The fuzzy shadowy stuff at the top was kinda bugging me.
