Nice shot of an interesting place. Maybe could use a bit of lightening in the dark spots? The 'centered' composition seems a little awkward to me.

This is a nice composition but my impression is that there is too little tonal range in the dark areas and too much sky. Thus the eye can't easily separate out the structures in the lower half while the bright tones of the sky pull the eye away.

So I tried to demo a fix - used a curves layer to expand the dark areas and then cropped.

Still far from perfect but different.

What do you think?

I was going for a silhouette-style shot, but I do really like that version you have there.

On the original, I would take out the modern building and see how it looks.
