well. The composition isn't quite right. It seems a little under exposed. I understand your subject but it really doesn't capture the eye and draw you in. its kind of flat and dull....The lighting is atrocious. You really need a better lighting setup for portraits. BUt maybe, with photoshop lightroom version 163 you could fix some of that and make it acceptable. But it still isn't a very interesting focal point.
