Christmas coming early

I am so excited! I am waiting for my Canon 5D to come in... I just had to share with people who would appreciate.

I have been shooting with an XTi so it is a big change. Anyone who has made the shift have any advice to help in the transition?

Hope you have some good glass to go with it. Regular EF not EF-S. Did you buy used or do stores/sited still have them in stock, for cheap?

Not sharing my santa with anyone (He is getting a monitor for his video ventures)

I have the 24-105L and some others. I made a point of only picking up EF lenses as I thought I might head in the full frame direction one day.

This one was in the used bin at B&H (I used the link, so hopefully it helped TPF) but when we emailed they listed the condition as factory refurb, so we will see when it comes in...

I know it is an inexpensive piece of glass, but how does the 50 f/1.8 do with the 5d?
