Church at night

I took this one night while waiting for singing to finish (got there late and didn't wanna barge in) so I could shoot the album cover for the group singing that night.

What do ya think?

I really like the lines and composition of the picture as well as the sky in the background. The only thing that I would like to see different is the lighting on the church. The shadow of the cross and the overall flat look doesn't do much for me. Maybe if you could make it whiter instead of the brownish that it is now.

Other than that great picture.

I actually liked the color. Oh well. It was a timed exposure (10 sec) using the streetlight for a lightsource rather than using a flash.

I'm planning on going and doing some more playing with lighting. I think they've gotten the outside lights back on now (in the middle of a renovation project - its an OLD church).
