I had the opportunity to visit Rio de Janeiro for the last couple of days. Sadly it rained almost every day and I've missed a lot of good shots while visiting Christ the Redeemer and other places. These are some from the batch that I think turned out to be pretty good. As always, C&C are welcome.

I like the Christ the Redeemer because of the energy of nature around the calm statue. It conveys two opposing forces, almost a "second coming" illustration.

Thank you for the insight! I felt that most of my shots had terrible lighting and that most of them looked better in black and white than in color. I tried it with a lot of pictures and in the end these were the ones that I was satisfied with.

i like the third and the first one, not a fan of the bird one, however favorite one is the first one, the statue must be amazing, how big is it?
