I live in a small town outside Tulsa. Had to drop somebody off in Tulsa so I finally had some time to play in the city. Unfortunately it was cold and I don't have good camera gloves. Fixed that with an Amazon order.

kinda neat. have a lampost above him, somwhat a starburst effect going. light trails. Almost looks like hdr has the soft look with some weak shadowing, or it could be a pp effect with really kick azz noise reduction at a high iso. i cant decide....
