No, not for these shots. I used a 24-120 f/4 and a 50mm f/1.4. The 300mm came in this evening. I bought it used from Adorama. I got one in Excellent condition and it looks and feels brand new. I also got a Nikon 1.4 Teleconverter to go with it. I hope to get up early enough tomorrow to get some bird shots and close ups. The toad stools/mushrooms have disintegrated into a black stain so I'm glad I shot them when I did.

The light that morning gave the toadstools/mushrooms a golden hue that immediately caught my eye. For the last shot the camera was on the ground with the screen tilted up using (live view).
