I rarely shoot anything too serious with people in it. But we needed a good one for the Christmas cards so we went to work with what we had. Had to work fast - it was only 22 degrees out with a little breeze.

I just got a copy of Lightroom and so have been playing around with the b&w conversion in there as it has quite a bit more ability as far conversion than Elements. I guess I'm more curious to know your thoughts on that than anything, but I'll take any comments.

Just wondering what the color version looked like. There must have been a reason that you converted this shot.

Here's the color. The color version was actually used on our cards, but needed something to play with for trying the b&w conversion, so grabbed this one. That's the only reason.
