I thought I would try some sports photography today, all shots taken with a Nikon D40 and 18-55mm lens. Obviously, most of them have been cropped to get this close, I don't have a long focal length lens for this camera yet.

For the first time shooting a sport not bad. I like the second and the third the best. On the third it would of been better if you go the ball closer to the goalie. but overall very good.

i agree with the one about the goalie
