Colorful little guy.

Went to the botanical gardens on Sunday and will inside this little guy and a few of his friends were playing around in the trees and plants. He was kind enough to pose for a few shots. Not sure how to ID him but he is pretty.

Thanks @goooner, I thought so as well but since it was inside the botanical gardens, I wasn't sure. Not really a color of bird that I see on a normal day here in Oklahoma.

Thank you. No worries about the ID. I will keep looking but I am pretty sure that it is a finch, just by looking at the beak and body. It is possibly a tropical variety, still looking.

May have found it. Since you said it was at the botanical gardens. Bird may be an Australian orange breasted waxbill Beautiful shot by the way.
