Back to the Butterfly conservatory for another try.. much happier with the results this time. #1 and #6 are way to grainy for my liking.. I tryed these at 1600 iso to see how the extra speed might help this type of photography.. I think I will stick with 400iso, and hold tight!

Hey raymond...#2 roks...great bokeh and the composition is excellent. Yer focus is spot on.
That's a sweet portrait of your wife; nice light.
#6 is also a standout shot.

They're supposed to be trying to build a butterfly conservatory in Winnipeg....still waiting

wow! thanks everyone! You all are my inspiration, I really apreciate everyones thoughts. If someone could help me clean up the grainyness from some of these, I would be so happy!!!!!

Big Mike.. I use a D70 with a 70-300 Nikon lens.. hand held with bad nerves!! Daisy helps me hold it still sometimes, but I am sure we look kinda funny doing that.

Please do.. but promise me you will teach me how to do it.. I print my good shots on 13x19 paper, and it really shows all that unwanted grain.
