Compact flash card or SdXC card

I have a 5d mark iii which one should I get?

I use a CF to capture RAW files and save a duplicate Small Fine Jpeg to an Eye-Fi SD card, which shoots the jpegs to my IPad. Great when working with a client or model, to show some shots on the IPad screen instead of back of camera.
