Comparing Fast Food Chains

IT occurred to me reading the What's for Dinner thread that even though Canada and the US (and other countries) all have similar fastfood chains, but are the menus the same?

For example, In Canada, KFC does not sell Mashed Taters :grumpy:

I had them in Idaho for a family vacation once. Instead, we have french fries (which I hate).

Another example: We have The Big Xtra at McDonalds, but does the US have it but it's called a Big 'n' Tasty?

I think it was Mansi who mentioned that they had McDonalds in India. With the view towards cows what is that menu like?

That's another thing! My folks, for their honeymoon went to Hawaii and said Jack in the Box was really good. WE DON'T HAVE IT! I WANT IT SO BAD :x

Please tell me "Hot 'n Now" still exists somewhere. We had a few down here a few years back but they didn't stick around. I loved them. Good food and CHEAP!!! Could feed two people on $5 easy!

heh yes i did!
they don't serve beef in the mcdonalds in india. We do have a lot of different variations toh.. some things initially for the indian marke.t. now going ot be introduced world over coz its been a hit here.
wimpy's here sucked so bad.. that they had to close it down permanantly :er:
lol KFC.. another one who hasnt done too well here... their reputation went down when there were cases of food poisoning that happened with their food
