Highlights are a tad hot on the cheeks; I'd suggest either bringing the lights in closer and reducing output, or adding a modifier to reduce the harshness of the shadow as well.

Seems a bit washed out from over-processing to be honest. The specular highlights on the cheeks are still too hot. Out of curiosity, what's composited in this image?

Right now I'm just experiencing with backgrounds.... And working with lighting....I'm new to studio shooting and just getting used toy strobes :/

Understood; what I can't see is what is composited (a composite being portions of two or more images merged to create a new image).

It's the background, separate from the model.

I much prefer the original one you posted, and though the cheeks are blown out, for that sort of portrait, I don't think that's problematic. The high contrast gives it an edgy feel that's appropriate to the pose.

This was shot on just a white background. I then shot separate backgrounds/created separate backgrounds...so that is the composite.... I'm using a three light set up two from the outside rear and one straight ahead.... Km kinda trying for the Grimes look. The first was supposed to be edgy and I blew out the cheeks a little too much. The second I was going for the washed out de-saturated look...
