To calibrate a computer display a colorimeter will suffice: X-Rite ColorMunki Display If maintaining color accuracy post process is critical for you: X-Rite ColorMunki Display and ColorChecker Passport Bundle (Black) If you also want to calibrate/profile a variety of devices - display, printer, scanner, or projector you will need a spectrophotometer: X-Rite ColorMunki Photo Tutorials on Color Management & Printing which includes How to Calibrate Your Monitor for Photography
