Concert Photography Equipment?

Wether it’s an indoor or outdoor concert people always seem to wonder what they should bring (aside from of course a fast lens: f/1.8-f/2.8) what else should one have in mind?

For a recent indoor big band concert, with only their music stand lights for lighting and a single spot on the singer(s), it was fast lenses, camera good with high ISO (5D3), and a monopod...no flash. The monopod gave the extra stability I needed when shooting below 1/100th. I could have easily cranked the ISO another notch instead. I resisted going over 2500, but have had decent shots at 10,000 with OK noise.
