Concert Photography

This was my first concert with my new Canon EOS 600D + Canon IS 55-250 IS II, the group is called Resistência, a kind of Travelling Wilburys portuguese:

By far, #7 is my favorite! Some of the other are very dark, some are busy and some are OK. But #7 is good.

I was 50/60 mts from the stage, so I had to play with elevated ISOs and medium speeds.

I can understand the difficulty. I don't have much experience with concert photography, but I was covering 5-6 concerts (or was it more) in a one-month period for a student festival at the uni.

It looked like that stage had lots of stuff on it. I liked it better when the stage was more stripped down. Mic stands are a pain!
