If your gonna "upgrade" you should definetly wait until you have enough to get a good quality lens. Unless you need one of those lenses with that range NOW i would def save up and buy some nice glass, you wont regret it.

Out of all those mentioned, the only one that's not crap is the Canon 28-105 f/3.5-4.5. It's actually a decent lens, but won't add much value...you'll end up keeping the 18-55 kit attached.

Wait til Christmas, or whenever you can drop a good $500 on a lens. The Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 is a decent step up from the kit. Or, if you want telephoto, look into the Canon 70-200 f/4L. But, definitely don't waste your money on the mentioned lenses...as they won't help you much.
