Constructive Criticism, What do you think of this photo?

This is a picture I took of my four month old son, What do you think?

The saturation is too high and the shadows are very dark ..... if you can edit it I would.

It's out of focus, you cannot see the baby's eyes, and the flowers and pumpkins are very distracting.

Wow, this one needs some work.

Out of focus
Over saturated
Bad shadows over the babys face
No detail in the shadows overall
Chopped off his left foot
Overall red tint
This at least removed some of the red tint and brought out some of the shadow detail, but I'd try again. It still isn't good.
