Here are some of my favorite shots, I really love them! But I was wondering if fellow TPFers could give me some criticism about my photos..

[Frequency]

Images 3 &4 are good; in the 3rd image the person looks moving out of the frame and the sun shines behind him; these two points are noteworthy i feel
I really liked 4
First image does not talk much; since you have witnessed the place, the image might be talking to you, but viewers miss information....

The first image has too much negative space. Also, the bright central light and associated lens flare attract the eye too much and detract attention from the rest of the image, which is already struggling from being so dark. You might make the image nicer by working on different crops, maybe emphasizing the winding path?

The second image I just can't tell what it is. It is also out of focus.

Third image: The two main compositional elements to my eye are the bright sunlight and the person. Both are stacked to the left of the frame and, as frequency noted, the person is walking out of the frame. I feel this unbalances the composition.

Take these comments with a grain of salt as I'm learning myself.
