Hey everyone, my photography home ''buisness'' is going great, lot of portrait contracts coming up and I feel the need to protect myself as a person doing shots.


I am looking for a contrat template which explains prices, distribution rights, selling rights and such........have not found one on google....


does anyone have any help to provide? thanks!

I believe that both of the links Keith provided are based on US law; while similar, there are some major differences between Canada and the US laws - I would strongly suggest spending the $500 -1000 and sitting down with an IP lawyer and drafting contracts which account for the subtlety of Quebec law.
