Controlling groups with Pocketwizards

I have 2 580EXII Speedlights, 2 Flex TT5s, and a Mini TT1. I would like to be able to control the speedlights individually using group A and B on the Flex TT5s, but from the research I have done, it looks like you need a master speedlight on top of your Mini TT1 in order to do that....

Is that correct? Or is there another way to do that? I would rather not have to buy another Speedlight in order to do that. Thanks,

Correct. You have 3 options. 2 can be done today.

1) Mini TT1 with a 580 EXII on it
2) Mini TT! with a ST-E2 on it.

3) Mini TT1 with the Pocket wizard zone commander unit. I hear its going to be $80 - $100 and will give you full zone control.
