I would love some CC on this, specifically how I lit the kid. The hotspot on the board is due to an unfortunate space constraint, but had I had more space it wouldn't be there.

Not bad; I might have been tempted to bring in some fill, say 1 stop below key, to soften the shadows behind him, but I think you did done pretty good.

Your edit has a terrible green tint to it now.

I don't see that. I'm not using a calibrated monitor, so my white balance and tint might be all over the place for now. Haven't had any complaints yet, though.
