Is that actually a glass "filter"? What about extension tubes?

It is actual GLASS, yes! And excellent quality too! I used to not be a believer... until Overread? convinced me. I believe it was Overread, if I remember correctly.

Tubes are great too... but make sure you get the Kenko's. The cheap copies (even with electrical contacts) can still be squirrelly... and are a waste of time without electrical contacts (unless you have a lens with an aperture ring!)

Since I joined this forum in June I've acquired a 85mm 1.8G in place of my 10-24 i never used, a 70-300 to replace my 55-300, a YN560II as a second flash, and replaced my d3100 with a d5100.

I really need to sell my 2nd car I've only driven 7 times this year to pay for my other REALLY expensive hobby.
