Very nice shot of the boat but the unrealistic color rendition doesn't work for me with this photo. I'm going to assume it's some kind of canned filtering?

For me it's a tough one. The boat tends to get lost in the background and feels crowded to the left. Usually you want the extra room in front of the subject to give them room to move. Yeah, and the color.
