I like the first one better. She is already contrasting from the green background...and the green is not too bright as to be distracting...therefore I see no need to make her stand out even more.

If anything, I'd straighten the image...it's tilted to the left.

Yep, I like the first one. The green doesn't detract from the girl at all, I think it adds to the picture.

well... in this way.,.. I prefer the colour one... but I think that if you:
1. desaaturate greens.. about 70% less
2. saturate more magentas (for the dress) +40%
3. saturate yellows (+40%) to make it warmer.. it may look ok.. this is what I have tried with your pic in PS, but I dunno if I can post it here.

It's my opinion that number one if cropped somewhat tighter is the way to go. There is soooo much green that it is distracting, but not the color of gree. There seems to be more background thatn the human subject. Just one opinion though.
