Couple from today. Thoughts?

Weather didn't really cooperate, but, I thought these came out well. If I had blue sky with minimal clouds, I think they'd look 100x better...

The flag in the first one is distracting, almost like you didn't know whether or not to include it. Otherwise, love the HDR.

I find the HDR slightly over powering - just a tad flat. Maybe if you burned and dodged a little, to at some contrast...

Problem with the flag was, they were in a row on the bridge I was standing on, and had to do what I could to get it in the shot.

While i do like the flag in the first shot, I think the colors in the second are more pleasing to my eye. While everything looks more muted, it also looks less harsh. In any case, someday I hope to take photos this good.
