Covehead Lighthouse, Prince Edward Island

Here are some shots from this morning of Covehead Lighthouse, PEI. This is about a 20 minute drive from my house. I want some feed back on them as I am newish to photography. More specifically I want feedback on the composition
and processing. I like both, but I think #1 has a little bit more noise than #2.

Very nice, love the golden rimlight on the crest of the hill in #1.

I like #1 as tirediron has said - the "golden rim" is very nice. For me, #2 is cropped a bit too tight on the top. I would have liked to have seen a bit more sky above the lighthouse.

In hindsight I would have loved to have had a wider lens, or to have backed up a bit to capture both the grass and give the lighthouse a little more space on the top.

I like them both, although the vignetting on the 2nd one in the top corners of the frame bothers me a bit. Both very nice though! looks like a cool spot
