In this one, I personally find the foreground way too busy, the background too washed out and too little detail in the cow's face... sorry.

I agree with LaFoto -

I think it would have been a better shot if you had moved to the right and closer to the fence, then the fence wires and grasses would frame the cow instead of interfering with it.

It would also be worth photoshopping the background to reduce the glare from the sky.
