Cowboy studio strobes?!? Any good?!

Im a 16 yr old avid photographer who would like two strobes, and either two softboxes or umbrella's to go with it. The strobes would be used for product photography, potraits, and placed on each side of my fishtank for illuminating that.

Is this any good? Mind you, i DO NOT have the money for alienbees. I would like to keep my max budget at 200, but preferrably lower!

"Mind you, i DO NOT have the money for alienbees", then your question is moot because Alienbee's are inexpensive lights as it is.

The Cowboy Studios kit is low power and low grade equipment, which is why it's dirt cheap.

You get what you pay for.
