Wasn't setup for BIF as I wasn't look for this critter. Turned out pretty OK tho...I like the clouds in the pond.

Yeah- camera was on AF-S focus mode, and if I'd been intentionally shooting wildlife I'd have gone with AF-C, which would have helped. Shutter at 1/125 did me no favors as well. Also, would have been nice to have a VR lens. Still, I'd rather have an almost-great shot than no shot. Here's another one- autofocus caught the middle of his back, it appears.
