Creamy, Golden, Buttery, Amazing Skin!!

I keep seeing these photographer's who take AMAZING portraits in natural light and the skin is always creamy, buttery, smooth, unbelievably amazing skin. I would like to post some examples, but not sure if it would be wrong to post another photographer's website. Does anyone know what I am talking about? And, how to get that amazing skin?

Scroll down to the fifth photo down....the portrait of the woman looking up.

Soft light (her face is in the shade).
Shallow depth of field (her eyes are basically the only thing in focus).
Photoshop clone tool/blur tool or a smoothing action (most likely).

The woman probably has decent skin to begin with as well.
