Critics please?

Well, I have a Nikon D5100 and lens 18-55mm to go with it. Here are some portraits i clicked and your comments are most welcomed to make me improve.
Note that i don't have any external flash and the pictures were taken in natural lights.

OK.
take a step back and reduce the number to 3 or 4 maximum because you won't get sensible comments otherwise.
Start different threads if you like but you want viewers to concentrate on the pictures you put up.
And NUMBER the images so there is a way to refer to them.

^^^this. Also, decrease the opacity or just take off the watermark all together. As it is, I think it detracts from the photos.
