i definitely like the B&W version because that alone could do justice the feel the image is supposed to convey....
In color i would prefer a non tilted image taken from some more distant point from where the tree is fully within the frame; as such i don't vote for the colored one

This is the kind of image I rarely like in color and this one is no exception.

Thanks everyone. When I shot this I was thinking B&W, but when I was done processing the B&W I decided to give colour a try. I ended up liking the colour version better, by a hair.
