Cropping Opinions Needed

Hello,
I'm new to the forum so i hope im posting in the right place. I have a photo i took last year and like it, however its just missing something. I want to crop it because my horizon is super askew but feel like im losing more when cropping it. Im hoping someone has some ideas to give this photo what its missing. Thanks!

I think I would crop it to 4X5, so as to lose the entire dark area at the top and maybe a portion of the out of focus bottom
