cs6 and ICC profiles iMac

I am trying to upload the soft proofing profile for my local costco. (Bad Jazzie, costco prints aren't professional quality! Got it) anyways, I downloaded the file.
Costco says I am supposed to hit "install" But that isn't an option anywhere (maybe their example is for a windows?) So it went into my downloads folder where is says "filename".ICC

I open CS6 and the proofing window, and try to upload it from there but the .icc files are all greyed out.

Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong here?

move the ICC profile to the \Users\Library\ColorSync\Profiles folder

Thanks. I got them in the correct file. Oddly, it's reading the downloads from drycreek but not the ones downloaded from Costco even though they are both .icc files? Trouble is drycreek doesn't seem to have the mail order printer profiles available..... :-/

Scratch that! It's there, just not called the original file name! Thanks a bunch.
