I was testing out my cheap ($40) lighting set up and was just messing around with the kids. This picture was one of the results.

I had a cheap speedlight (neewer tt560) pointed at the wall/ceiling on a cheap Cowboy Studios light stand, and used a business card to bounce the on camera flash up towards another wall/ceiling.
