D200 - in my hands at LAAAAST!

Well after a painfully slow 2 week wait for my turn on the pre-order list to the very slow 3 day wait over this bank holiday weekend thanks to a mistake in the delivery last friday I finally have it in my hands!

What a lovely bit of kit it is!! Makes my D100 look like a toy and after half an hour of setting up all the custom settings for the 4 banks I went back to the D100 and the screen looks SO small and old fashioned!!

The shutter is so much faster and sounds more solid than the D100 too (although its a bit noisey but I have to admit to liking that, I've done several high speed bursts just to hear it hee hee).

I'll let you all know once I have some pictures under my belt. Working until friday unfortunately but then have a 3 day weekend to play

wow so jealous. i know what you mean about the D100 screen. I have a D70s and used a D100 a few months ago.
