Any one seen it yet? Was wondering if its worth the price tag, all the stats look way too nice

i have a d2x! if this camera would have been out when i bought the d2x i would have bought the d200. the combination of smaller form factor and price with only a small drop in pixels would have sold me. i do wish they would go to a full frame sensor though.
