D3400 + Shutter Priority + Flash?

I'm trying to figure out if its possible to get a 1/800 or higher with flash. i usually get some good ones but sometimes i need that flash. Is it possible to do that?

okay well doing some research, i can use higher ISO but as the expense of more noise. so i assume a better lens would be in order to achieve a high shutter speed, for a better image at low light?

From what I have read, the 3400 does not support high speed sync so you are limited to 1/200 or slower.

Cant better glass fix this issue as well?
