D40 Reset

Hi

Is there a way to factory reset the Nikon D40 so it is in its "out of the box" settings?

I am also trying to get the basic menu up. The one where it shows you the apeture diagram

Dont worry. Sorted by pressing buttons Dont know which, but they worked
