Nice rainy day at Patriots training camp. The D500 with 70-200mm 2.8 w/1.4tc. The AF on this camera is outstanding.

Great shots. Looks like Mr. B is goofing around... I wouldn't mind better AF, that's for sure. Probably my number one complaint on the D3300, second would be the viewfinder.

I keep hearing how good the AF is on the D50o and the D7200 is no slouch either so I could only imagine how good.

Thanks. I tell ya the AF even surprises me sometimes. Tommy was actually a little pissed of yesterday for most of the practice but settled down by the end of he day.

I think you'd be pretty surprised with the AF. I also shoot with the D3s which has great AF and the D500 is even better.

When I upgrade my body, it will be either the D7200 or that one.

Man, I can't wait for football. I wanted to go to the Lions practice but 4 different Ford Dealers were out of tickets and kind of BS because I got the alert on my phone in the evening and went to the dealer's the next morning. It will be interesting to how Garoppolo runs that offense. My bet would be he does fine and they are 3-1 when Brady comes back.

You cant go wrong with either camera. The nice thing about the Pats camp is that it's free open to the public. They average around 16,000 people a day. The kid will do fine it all depends on the defense and the O-line.

problem is you used so much NR for no reason, images don't look in focus... so unsure why you're all clamoring about the marvelous AF...

Curious if I'm correct and why you decided to do that? they seem to lack any fine detail. First shot looks borderline cartoonish.

Thanks just the way I like.
