Dave Hill Copy Cat?

I know everyone and their grandmother has been using the Dave Hill look for quite sometime, but I just wanted to throw this out there. Is this what you'd call a Dave Hill copycat?

Is it just me or does this kid look really weird? I like the hair lights though.
