who knew the lincoln memorial had SUCH an awesome park area around it? i had no clue & it saved my butt a little too. the giant reflecting pool is currently under renovations and is a giant mud pit. it was totally unusable so we walked around a bit and BAM total awesomeness. check it out!

incredible lighting at dc engagement session and the lincoln memorial

Awesome set Sam. I love them. Next time at a spot with a lot of people like that, you should bring an ND filter and do a long exposure tiny bit to motion blur everyone else. I think it would look really cool. Love the T/S shots.

You seem to cross process every single photo.

haha, i don't cross process anything. yes, i do process my photos, but i don't cross process them. the effect would be way more intense if i was going for that look.

The photos are great. The only thing that I'm not a big fan of is the fake depth of field that it looks like you put on a few of them. Nice work though.

These are great, clients must be very happy.

I agree some of them looked really odd with it being extremely blurry in areas it wouldn't seem normal to be. I liked the photos a lot more that had a smaller aperture and no blur added. The one with the tree in foreground shooting through it stood out to me too since it was taking up 85% of the photo.

That is a tilt and shift lens :er:

Thanks! Tilt shifts are way fun and a great way to focus on a specific element in a photo.Yeah I understand why someone might think they're cross processed or something, but they're mostly just white balanced warm and have a tweaked tone curve.
