I was playing around with composition on these two trying to adhere to the rule of thirds.

Just looking for some CC...Have at it!

is the bike the subject or the road i like the first one could use some editing

Its just a bit random really with the bike and the road. I would maybe have the wheel of the motorbike only on the right or left of the picture in focus and then maybe the horizon before it out of focus. Something like that or maybe the whole bike with the view of the hills around it.
