Here is a brand new USA model Canon 5D Mark III with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty for $2949.99 from Get it Digital via eBay. That's $50 less than you'll pay at Amazon as of this post.

This camera comes in a Canon kit box, and the lens was removed, but this is a brand new 5D Mark III from a US seller - not a refurb and not a gray market import.
