Dear Remains C&C

So my dog went and dragged this out of the nearby woods. I'm thinking it's a bit of overexposed but I'd like some C&C on it anyways, composition, etc.

[EDIT]Title aside, you asked for C+C...

Compositionally it's OK - my eye is drawn pretty much straight to the subject matter.
The DOF looks too shallow to me - the head is soft already and by the time you get to the horns they're definitely OOF. I think maybe f4 would have done the trick here.
